At Expert Tree Solutions, we believe the best results come from a process that’s as solid as the work itself. Whether you’re scheduling routine trimming or urgent storm cleanup, we make it easy to understand what’s happening—and when. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Once you reach out—by phone, email, or through our website—your information goes directly to our estimator. They’ll get in touch promptly to discuss your needs and schedule a visit. In most cases, we can be onsite within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a 1-hour arrival window so you’re not left wondering when we’ll show up.
Our estimator walks your property—either with you or on their own with your instructions. During this visit, they assess the scope of work and input everything into our digital proposal system. You can receive the proposal in person, by email, or both.
You’re free to review and approve the work on your own time, from your phone or computer.
Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the job in our system and move forward with scheduling. If you have specific timing needs, let us know—we do our best to accommodate.
Within a day or two, we’ll contact you with a scheduled date and arrival window for our crew.
Our crew arrives fully briefed and works directly from your approved proposal. If you’re home, we’ll say hello and confirm any last-minute details. If you’re not, no problem—we’ll complete the work as agreed and stay in contact if needed.
If changes or additions come up, you can reach out to our estimator directly for quick updates.
After the work is complete, we invite you (if available) to walk the jobsite and confirm everything was done as approved. We clean up thoroughly so your property looks great when we leave.
Once the job is marked complete, our system automatically generates and sends your invoice, due upon receipt. We accept all major forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit card, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
*For cash or check payments, please give them directly to the crew leader at the time of service.
